All I can say, is let him out in the general population for 24 hours.....he will be gone. But maybe on the other hand 23 hours in solitary confinement in 6 x 12 room will make him crazy - hand him a razor.....Yes he is sick to have done what he did, but he still knew right from wrong. He will get his just due....be patient...karma will strike..
