I live in Chardon. Thankfully my son goes to a different school system(was originally enrolled in the elementary across from the HS..
Anyways sucks that kids died and if it was my child nothing would be able to hold me back from wanting to rip him apart.
But that is not my situation and looking at if from an unclouded judgement I think he was/is scared, whether remorseful or not. I don't think prison will do him any good nor will it do anyone else any good. I think we would all fair much better with a little psychological research into finding out how/why kids have this lack or reality/empathy for other living beings.

And on a very important side note...
If the grandparents messed up their own kids, who the heck thinks it would be a good idea to let them raise the grandkids??? I don't know them and honestly they may be the nicest people in the world but the fact still is that SOMETHING went wrong in their own childs life. Whether it be when they were young, growing up, or an adult. They were messed up enough to have their children taken away... Who thinks it would be a good idea to give them another child to "raise" and this is one that already comes from a messed up family life.. Unfortunately it's a never ending cycle and no one was there to break it..
