Kleine, you might want to read up on medical conditions such as Raynaud's syndrome before you call people things like "whiners" and "shameful". I hope you never have to deal with something like that.
So, people with serious circulatory disorders like Raynaud's phemonenon? Who struggle in the winter anyway? What are they supposed to do? And don't say, "that's just too few people to worry about." It's more than you'd think, and it's cruel to disregard the fact that a silly law like this would create health risks and, at the very least, extreme pain and discomfort for any individual. There needs to be a provision for medical exemption.
