I am very disappointed in Malley's as they wouldn't honor my old rewards card (yes, it never was to expire). They use the word "loyalty" which they shouldn't use, what a joke. I called their offices and complained to no avail. What Malley's should have done was honor the old rewards cards for existing "loyal" customers and use the new program for new customers. We use to call this being "grandfathered" into a program or change. That's back when businesses "honored" loyal customers not nickle and dimed them with fees. I'm not shopping there anymore nor is anyone in my large family tree.
