i know of a couple that has had their properties taken ..not just once, but twice, talk about b.s...and wasn't offered nearly what they had invested both times. one home was near west branch reservoir, the other was off 59 near kent where they eventually put wal-mart in, funny how it never effects the ones pushing the issue.
