Re: “Thirty Years Ago, An Article Described How a 'Benign Conspiracy' of Corporate Executives Took Over Cleveland

The idea of corporate control over Cleveland politics and its institutions is not new or recent. The 1950's brought us the takeover of the city's hospital after the corporate folk wanted a more regional approach to our "free" health care model. 1957, specifically, when Anthony Celebreeze was mayor. Keep in mind this is the home of John D. Rockefeller when he was the world's first billionaire. Think about the Van Sweringen brothers displacing over 10,000 residents along the Cuyahoga River downtown to build Tower City.

What you've shared is a "continuation" of corporate control that had nothing to do with George Voinovich and his corporate exploiters. Your conclusions, however, are correct. The taxpayers are getting screwed.

Arthur Feckner, to Starvin Marvin, was not a cop but a drug dealer Howard Rudolph allowed to sell over $600,000 in crack to raise money for an out-of-state drug buy in Florida so cops could have "bragging rights" at a police convention. Leonard Brooks was Feckner's partner. Rudolph was Voinovich's chief of police. Feckner and Brooks sold to residents near and around Woodhill Estates at CMHA.

I wrote about it for my publications. I served as CMHA's communications chief after this crap went down. The cop killings started long before Voinovich. It was actually worse before Voinovich.

Re: “If Ken Johnson Had a Shred of Dignity He'd Resign Immediately

342 Facebook shares and only "1" comment. You must be using the "Shares Forgery" feature that comes with your author's page. I have it on my website but I decided not to use it because people actually read my stuff. Hey. Did Ken resign yet? LOL. You and Mark are funny.

Re: “After Revelations of Sustained Misuse of Public Dollars by Ken Johnson, What'll Happen to Ward 4's Long-Tenured Councilman?

Sam. Get out of journalism. Seriously. Go find something else to do with your life. You have no talent for political news reporting ... whatsoever.

Re: “After Revelations of Sustained Misuse of Public Dollars by Ken Johnson, What'll Happen to Ward 4's Long-Tenured Councilman?

Whatever. What is "the duplicity of a crook like this holding office?" What does that silliness mean? You folk get caught up in these stupid terms you toss around as if creating combinations of words to call describe someone makes that bullshit real. You probably didn't even think before you wrote.

Sam and Naymik accused Johnson of misuse in office. Sam specifically made reference to the commission of "felonies" in an email. I asked him to identify the specific felonies and he could not. He's used the word "misuse" to describe the way Johnson has performed the "duties" of a member of the "legislative branch" of government and he could not.

The fact you believe anything this kid or Naymik writes is evidence of your own stupidity. He doesn't know "anything" about the topics he writes when it comes to government. Nothing. The only reason I read his article was to see how many times he made actionable statements. If I were Johnson I'd sue Scene for this crap. I'm definitely still within the statute of limitations for bringing an action against them for the lie he wrote about me.

How am I "aniseed" from politics? What does that mean? No wonder you read and believe Sam.

Re: “After Revelations of Sustained Misuse of Public Dollars by Ken Johnson, What'll Happen to Ward 4's Long-Tenured Councilman?

Sam ... lol. So your only sources of misuse are Mark Naymik, the councilman's opponent in the last election, Mike Polensek and ex-councilman Brian Cummins. The word "misuse" when applied in government is to accuse an elected or public official of committing a violation of the U.S. Constitituion, the Constitution of the State of Ohio, the general laws of Ohio, the charter of Cleveland or the city's ordinances. In the case of councilman Johnson, as I shared with you in writing, it means that he either "exceeded" or "failed to perform" a "duty" of the elected office he holds.

The duty of a member of council, Sam, are "legislative only." So to misuse the "office" of a member of council Johnson would have had to missed 10 consecutive meetings. That's pretty much about it, Sam. All the stuff that idiot Naymik wrote about is not "misuse" of the "office" of a member of the "legislative branch" of the municipal government.

13 articles on one politician sounds like an obsession. What? Does Naymik have a thing for Ken. Do you have a thing for Naymik? I have never in 40 years of either covering news or being a newsmaker, witnessed a reporter who wrote a story and his only source was another reporter's story. LOL.

This is almost as good as you covering the mayor's debate at the Lee Harvard Community Services Center where you admitted you recorded my words.. Instead of using the words you recorded you created words of your own and wrote that I said them. Then you wrote that I was "deranged" for using the words you fabricated; and that I did not say.

Get out of journalism ... Sam. You've got "zero" credibility. No one serious takes you seriously.
