A Decade of Decibels

A former radio announcer who once worked at WNCX and WRQK, local photographer Joe Kleon has been shooting rock concerts ever since he started taking pictures of local Pink Floyd tribute act Wish You Were Here some ten years ago. He’s currently the personal photographer for local hair and rock icon Michael Stanley and the staff photographer for the locally-based Auburn Records. He also regularly contributes to Cleveland Scene and has taken pictures of just about every big-name act you can think of -- Rush, Bruce Springsteen, Britney Spears, Radiohead, Kiss, Aerosmith and Taylor Swift, to name a few. A Decade of Decibels, a one-man exhibit at the new rock-themed gallery Space: ROCK, shows off his best rock photos.
