A Natural History of Food

The Cleveland Museum of Natural History and award-winning local chef Zach Bruell join forces to present the 2013 Natural History food series. Bruell's restaurant resume includes Table 45, L'Albatros and Parallax Restaurant & Lounge; he's hand-selected chef Andy Dombrowski to kick off the series with tonight's fabulous dinner. The evening begins at 6:30 with a wine reception featuring two unique appetizers; a five-course dinner follows at 8 p.m. Each dinner course will be paired with a wine presented by local wine connoisseur Gary Twining. Tickets are $150 and must be purchased in advance by calling 216-231-1177. Only 100 seats are available. (McConnell)
