When: Wed., Aug. 30 2017
A group of performers dedicated to "enriching the arts in Cleveland through live comedy and other productions," Accidental Comedy features some of the best local comics. For the fifth year now, the group will host its annual blowout Fest. More than 50 comics from all over the country will converge this weekend for event, billed as "three days of standup, sketch, improv, music and podcasts." The lineup features comics such as former Clevelander Dave Hill, and Doug Benson, who'll host his popular podcast Doug Loves Movies. It all kicks off tonight at 8 at Hilarities where performances continue through Sunday. Ticket prices vary by show, but passes to the entire fest will include exclusive loge seating, artist access and a "soft, supple" festival shirt. (Jeff Niesel)
