The Cleveland Heights-University Heights Public Library is pleased to welcome author Meredith Goldstein to the University Heights branch on Thursday, July 26 at 7 p.m. Goldstein is an advice columnist and entertainment reporter for The Boston Globe. Her column “Love Letters” is a daily dispatch of wisdom for the lovelorn that gets about 1 million page views every month on Boston.com. Goldstein’s first novel, The Singles, was released by Penguin/Plume in April 2012. Not surprisingly, it’s a story about complicated relationships, chronicling the promises and disappointments of love and friendship with humor, compassion, and wisdom. Goldstein will talk about her new book, tells us her picks for hot summer beach reads, and more. For more information about Goldstein, visit meredithgoldstein.com. The event is free but registration is required at heightslibrary.org or by calling 216-321-4700.
