Cleveland artist Darius Steward works in a variety of mediums, including pencil drawings, watercolors and oil paintings. He depicts characters in “an urban milieu” and depicts scenes from everyday life. His work has been shown at the William Busta Gallery, Zygote Press and Cleveland Clinic, among other locations. A teacher at Cleveland Institute of Art, Cleveland Museum of Art and Saint Ignatius High School, he is the subject of BAC N 4th, a solo exhibit that opens today at the Kent State University School of Art’s Downtown Gallery.
