Dave's skills lie in his ability to connect. He ensures every customer gets what he or she needs, whether it's an eager ear, a new business lead, a prospective lover, or just a nice hard drunk. By the end of a night here, everyone seems to know each other, to like each other -- and they all have one thing in common: a new favorite place to drink.
