Cleveland Grille

While lunch and dinner price tags read like something out of the '70s at the Cleveland Grille, Dino Tsarnas's homey West Side restaurant, only a professional wrestler could expect to leave hungry. Amply sized sandwiches, including one day's thickly sliced roast beef with sautéed mushrooms and onions, come with a towering side of freshly cut French fries; plate-filling entrées, such as Apricot-Dijon Sea Bass, are full-meal deals, with homemade soup, a green salad, warm bread, rice pilaf, and a veggie du jour included in the cost. But it's the marinated and grilled eight-bone rack of lamb that makes our eyes light up with dollar signs: Not only is it big, tender, and full of flavor, but at a mere $17.50, it is also undoubtedly the best value in town.
