Hard Rock Rocksino

Since opening at the end of last year, Hard Rock Rocksino has turned Northfield Park into a destination for gamblers and music fans alike. With Hard Rock Live, its 2,200-capacity concert venue, the rocksino has held sold out shows featuring classic rock acts like Michael Stanley and Donnie Iris. Booked by Live Nation, the club has also featured everything from country (Jennifer Nettles) to soft rock (Engelbert Humperdinck) and heavy metal (Quiet Riot). Club Velvet, a comedy club booked by the national agency the Comedy Zone, opened earlier this year and has booked touring comedians and troupes. Featuring the kind of memorabilia you'd find at the Rock and Roll Hall of Museum (everything from motorcycles to instruments that belonged to rock stars), the Hard Rock Rocksino nicely complements the city's rock 'n' roll roots.
