Best Noodles With a Greek Flair

Stix Athenian Pasta

Italians aren't the only ones who know their way around a pasta bowl. The Greeks who own Stix, a restaurant renowned for its barbecue, also cook up some great noodles. Our favorite is a huge platter of delicate angel-hair pasta, tossed with chunks of roma tomato, fresh basil, spinach, roasted red pepper, and pitted kalamata olives in a creamy feta cheese sauce. The last time we ate there, the dish was so good that the leftovers almost didn't make it home.
