Best Sandwich

Melt

Geez, has it really been ten years already? Back in 2006, Matt Fish opened the first Melt in Lakewood. Of course, back then it was the only Melt. But Fish’s vision for dynamite grilled cheese caught hold of Cleveland’s hearts and stomachs. Lines were out the door and soon he was off to Cleveland Heights. And he wasn’t done. Now, you pig out on a Parmageddon or a Dude Abides or a Lake Erie Monster at six locations throughout Ohio (and at the Jake). The best thing since sliced bread? Matt Fish’s mission to fill the space between two pieces.
