It's amazing, but after all these years, a person still can find a unique Spanish dish on the menu at Mallorca. Seafood is the restaurant's forte, and the menu is nearly 30 entrees deep, but that doesn't stop the tuxedoed waiters from reciting a laundry list of specials equal in length to the regular menu. Specialties like seafood paella and shrimp in garlic sauce are presented on tables topped with crisp white linens. This is serious food in a serious setting. In short, it is fine dining.
