Blues Provider

When: Tue., May 27 2014
Morgan Freeman narrates The Life of Riley, a new documentary about blues guitarist B.B. King that includes interviews with King along with vintage footage of performances. An orphan boy from the Mississippi Delta, King would have a huge influence on rock and pop music. U2’s Bono, Eric Clapton, Carlos Santana, Ringo Starr and many others talk about how much they thought of him as an influence. The film screens tonight at 7:30 at Tower City Cinemas. Tickets are $9.
