Bowled Over

Cleveland Colectivo aims “to support innovative ideas in Cleveland through collective giving.” To celebrate its tenth anniversary, the group will award one $10,000 grant instead of several smaller grants. Past grant recipients of Colectivo grants have been invited to submit short videos about what they would do with $10,000; those videos can be seen on the Cleveland Colectivo website. An anniversary celebration takes place tonight from 6 to 9 at the Nash. Tickets are $10 and that includes bowling, two drink tickets, light snacks and a voting ballot. The winner of the crowd vote will receive $500 and a spot as a finalist for funding. The second place idea also will be an automatic finalist for funding. (Niesel) clevelandcolectivo.org.
