In Chasing Portraits, director Elizabeth Rynecki documents the journey she took as she set out to find the long-dispersed paintings by her Polish great-grandfather who lived in Warsaw prior to his death in the Holocaust. She refers to the paintings as if they were "family members" in the moving film. It screens at 1:30 p.m. today at the Cleveland Museum of Art. Tickets cost $10, or $7 for CMA members. (Niesel)
