Hartmut Ott was appointed general manager of the Cleveland Marriott Downtown at Key Center, 1360 W Mall Dr. With more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Ott will oversee all aspects of the property including an extensive renovation currently underway of the property’s public spaces, which include the front desk, lobby, meeting and event space, as well as the spa and a redefined restaurant that is soon to take shape.
