It's time to unearth Granddad's gold pocket watch, or pull that putative Seth Thomas off the mantel: Clock Day has dawned at the Cleveland Museum of Natural History, and experts are standing by to tell you all about your timepiece. Members of the National Association of Watch and Clock Collectors will be reporting on your watch or clock's provenance, value, and whether or not it merits repair. If your clock is too large to bring to the experts, the experts will be happy to work from photos. After getting the skinny on your Minnie or Mickey Mouse watch, you can wind down among the museum's Hexter collection of antique clocks, watches, sundials, and astronomical instruments. It's all free with your $10 adult museum admission (less for children, seniors, and students). Hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 1 Wade Oval Dr. on University Circle.
