Today from noon to 4 p.m. at Gray's Armory — America's oldest independent armory and home to the Amory Museum — the Cleveland Grays host a free open house to celebrate the armory's 125th anniversary. There will be a Wurlitzer organ performance, a war bond exhibit and heritage crafts and activities. An ONG military Hummer will be on site as will a missile transport vehicle. A dedication ceremony with the Cleveland Youth Orchestra Brass Ensemble takes place at 1 p.m. While there's no admission charge, donations of items for deployed soldiers, socks for homeless veterans and flags for retirement are encouraged. Details are on the website. (Niesel)
