"Meat ... Greet ... Eat" is the motto at Hudson's Flip Side, but don't be misled: The potential for drinking at this handsome burger joint is pretty awesome too, thanks to an impressive lineup of craft-brewed beers just right for St. Paddy's Day tippin.' During a recent stop, we counted more than a dozen brews on tap, ranging from Goose Island Matilda ($9.25, above left), a spicy Belgian-style pale ale with a friendly 7 percent ABV, to the dangerously drinkable Raging Bitch ($7.50, above right), a hair-raising draft of nectar and hops from Flying Dog Brewery. Among their bottled brethren, there are more than 30 options, including Chimay Blue, Anchor Steam, and, of course, Guinness. To go with, think gussied-up burgers made with seven ounces of locally raised, grass-fed beef. If that doesn't rate a sláinte, what does?
