Sure, Segways look a little goofy. OK, they look
very goofy. But for people who just don't want to go through the agonizing and energy-draining effort of walking, there's no a better way to navigate city streets or park trails.
Segway of Cleveland offers a pair of tours this summer one downtown and one at Cleveland Metroparks. On the Grand Tour, folks can roll past local landmarks like Browns Stadium, Jacobs Field, and the West Side Market; the Metroparks Tour whizzes past the great outdoors, with views of Big and Little Met golf courses along the way. "I rented a Segway down in Florida and fell in love with it," says owner Bryan Kaufman-Butler. "This city needed a change."
