El Ten Eleven
A Los Angeles-based duo featuring Kristian Dunn (doubleneck and bass guitar) and Tim Fogarty (drums), El Ten Eleven draws from ’80s synth-pop with its 2015 release Fast Forward. Songs such as “Point Breeze” and “Peter and Jack” the album’s single, feature the same kind of undulating bass lines and sparse guitars that you find in the music of bands such as New Order and Pet Shop Boys.
