End of the Century Staff Pick

A film about two strangers (played by Juan Barberini and Ramón Pujol) who hook up one night in Barcelona, End of the Century tells the story of a romantic relationship in a non-linear fashion. The debut film from director Lucio Castro, the movie has received generally positive press. It makes its local debut tonight at 9 at the Cleveland Institute of Art Cinematheque. It screens at the Cinematheque again at 6:30 p.m. on Sunday. Tickets cost $10, or $7 for Cinematheque members and students. (Niesel)
