Join Sororii, a newly-formed indie-world band, at the Root Cafe on Friday December 2nd at 7:30. Featuring Afro-Colombian cellist Carolina Borja, and bassoonist Arleigh Savage, this female-led ensemble formed in 2021 with the spirit to reclaim sisterhood and explore feminine voices across cultures. Their first major project, Esperanza: a cross- cultural collaboration is available on Bandcamp.
