An annual event that gets bigger and better each year, the Cleveland International Film Festival kicks off tonight with its usual opening night screening and party. Not Another Happy Ending, a British film from director John McKay, centers on a novelist who achievers overnight success when her book becomes a best seller. The film screens at 7 p.m. at Tower City Cinemas and tickets are $12 for CIFF members, $14 for non-members. The festival then officially commences tomorrow with a full day of screenings and panels.
