Since forming ten years ago, the metalcore band For the Fallen Dreams has gone through its fair share of changes. Rising to prominence in 2008 with their debut album Changes and then releasing their follow-up album Relentless a year later, they showed promising potential amongst a myriad of other metalcore bands. Their later albums Back Burner and Wasted Youth began to temper their metalcore sound with some pop-punkish elements (perhaps because A Day To Remember’s Tom Denney was the lead producer of those albums). That wasn’t welcomed by a chunk of their fans, but the band still managed to get a considerable amount of support regardless. This year, FTFD has reunited with former singer Chad Ruhlig and is back with its former label Rise Recordings, which has their fans eager to see what will be in store for the band in the near future.
