Fun Facts About Food
Best known as the host of the Food Network program Good Eats, writer and chef Alton Brown prides himself on the fact that he’s not your typical snobby chef. Brown, who has published a number of books about cooking and food, brings his Edible Inevitable Tour to the State Theatre tonight at 8. He’s said he simply hopes the two-hour performance is lots of fun. Tickets are $35 to $125, and the $125 ticket includes a pre-show meet and greet. (Niesel)
