Did you know that volunteers help our communities thrive? In Ohio, over 2.4 million persons volunteer 255.3 million hours of service. You can Get Involved, too! On Saturday, October 25th from 10 AM – 12 PM come into the Independence Library Branch and meet some nonprofit organizations that need volunteers. Who knows, you may want to sign up on the spot. Share your talents and skills – as a volunteer, you can help your community…explore new hobbies…enjoy new experiences…meet new people …and learn new skills.
