Grand Opening

When: Fri., Dec. 6 2013
Scene’s Jenna Conforti is the mastermind behind Red Space, a new art gallery space located inside Hotcards World Headquarters on Superior Avenue and East 24th Street Conforti plans to host gallery openings featuring edgy art on a regular basis. For tonight’s grand opening, view art from local artists Bruce Conforti, George Kozmon and John Sargent. Because Conforti and Sargent are both realist painters and Conforti works are more abstract, the show is dubbed Friction: When Two Worlds Collide. The opening takes place tonight from 7 to 11 p.m. MisterBradleyP will spin, and cocktails and appetizers will be served. Admission is free. (Niesel)
