Grow with Google

Part of a national tour dubbed Grow with Google, today's training event at the Tri-C Hospitality Management Center aims to help job seekers, small business owners, budding developers, students, educators, and entrepreneurs improve their digital skills. The series of free demos, workshops, training and coaching sessions takes place today from 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Google staff will lead hands-on workshops about online marketing for small businesses, job search strategies, email basics, and search engine optimization. Google has partnered with local community organizations including Council of Smaller Enterprises/OHTec, Cuyahoga Community College , Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority, DigitalC, Global Cleveland, Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland and Eastern Central Ohio, JumpStart Inc., and Olivet Housing & Community Development Corporation to customize the training to local needs.
