In this revealing documentary Hockney, gay British photographer, painter and print maker David Hockney looks back over his career. He began as a Pop Art artist and then became involved with fighting the AIDS epidemic in the 1980s as he lived in California and England. According to The Guardian, Hockney is considered “an unashamedly affectionate portrait of a British icon.” It screens at 7 tonight and at 7 on Friday night at the Cleveland Museum of Art.
