Idina Menzel

Pop singer Idina Menzel is best known for providing the voice of Queen Elsa in the 2013 film Frozen. She also sings the version of the film's theme song, "Let It Go," that you hear in the film. With its soaring vocals and positive message, the song became a huge hit upon the film's release. It's the kind of saccharine tune that parents don't mind their children cranking on the stereo, and you can bet that Menzel, who performs tonight at Blossom, will include it in the concert. To her credit, Menzel is a veteran Broadway singer whose career dates back nearly two decades — she's on the 1996 Rent soundtrack. Tonight's show will undoubtedly provide an overview of her extensive career. (Niesel)
