More than 30 bands performed last year at the inaugural INKcarceration Music & Tattoo Festival that took place at the historic Ohio State Reformatory in Mansfield. The festival returns for its second year this weekend, and the lineup includes headliners such as Shinedown, Godsmack and Five Finger Death Punch. Additionally, the festival will once again feature over 70 tattoo artists from across the country, a large variety of food trucks and a "terrifying" haunted house attraction.
