Jackson Browne

When: Wed., Oct. 15, 7:30 p.m. 2014
Price: $49.50-$75
Inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum a decade ago, veteran singer-songwriter Jackson Browne has so many hits that he could have rested on his laurels. But the guy continues to tour and record. His new album, Standing in the Breach, is a solid collection of mid-tempo rock ballads that show just how well his voice has held up. He sounds a little gruffer on tracks such as “Leaving Winslow” and “The Birds of St. Marks,” but he hasn’t lost a step. 7:30 p.m., $49.50-$75. E.J. Thomas Hall. (Niesel)
