In the solo work he's released since the dissolution of his glam-punk outfit D Generation, New York-based roots-rocker Jesse Malin has honed his songwriting skills. His latest effort, Sad and Beautiful World, owes more to Springsteen than the Sex Pistols. The talented singer-songwriter performs at 8 tonight at the Grog Shop in Cleveland Heights.
