Haydn Professor of History and author Dr. David Hammack contextualizes Cleveland Jewish philanthropy by looking at Jewish donors here and across the United States. The talk is a prelude to his essay in the upcoming book, The Jews of Cleveland. The Cleveland Jewish History & Public Policy Series is a co-production of the Cleveland Jewish News Foundation, The Laura & Alvin Siegal Lifelong Learning Center at Case Western Reserve University, Maltz Museum of Jewish Heritage and Teaching Cleveland Digital.
