Cleveland’s not exactly known as a hub of Greek culture, and even Greek restaurants are few and far between. A couple of longtime annual festivals, sponsored by churches in Tremont and Cleveland Heights, do a fine job of picking up the slack. But if you are hungering for one more taste of treats like spanakopita and souvlaki, you’re in luck. The Cretan Club Greek Festival made its debut last year. Like the first edition, this year’s fest will take place on the block-long strip of West 168th Street from Lorain Avenue south to Albers Avenue, in front of the Cretan Club’s building. Food will be served outside in tents on the closed-off street and inside the club. Stigma will provide live music, and three dance groups perform each evening. The festival runs from 11 a.m. to 11 pm. Saturday and Sunday, and 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Monday. Admission is free. The address is 3853 West 168th St. in West Park.
