Rapper and singer Kid Rock became a mainstream success in the '90s when he delivered hits such as “Bawitdaba” and “Cowboy.” To date, he’s sold some 26 million albums and currently holds the Michigan record for most tickets sold with 150,000 for a run of ten consecutive sold-out shows in his home state. Tonight's show at the Q comes in the wake of the release of his new album, Sweet Southern Sugar, a hard rocking set of tunes that ranges from Motley Crue-like rockers ("Greatest Show on Earth") to rap-rock rants ("Po-Dunk").
