Kids Yoga combines music & games with prana, meditation and asanas to help children incorporate yoga into their daily lives.
Mindfulness mixed with playfulness.
This class runs at the same time as our Yoga Basics (almost) every Wednesday. So parents can practice while the kids learn the practice.
Ages 3-10 years old. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. We have rentals available if needed.
Waiver must be filled out by a legal parent or guardian.
