The National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Ohio Buckeye Chapter is hosting Locavore, a tasting and pairing event that will feature local food and drinks . Locavore will be held on Friday, September 7, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. at the Windows on the River, 2000 Sycamore St., in Cleveland.
Guests will be able to enjoy divine wine and beer paired with decadent chocolates provided by Lilly Handmade Chocolates, pastries, and hors d’oeuvres from local vendors. Cleveland area restaurants featuring their favorite dishes include Amp 150 Restaurant and Bar, Carrie Cerino’s, Corleone’s Ristorante, Indulgence, John Palmer’s Bistro 44, Momocho, and Nosh Eatery.
All proceeds from Locavore will be used to provide programs and services for more than 20,000 Ohioans who have been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis.
