Lyceum Series: Lisa Rainsong: The Music of Birds and Frogs

Did you know that some complex bird songs contain more than 80 notes per second? Composer and naturalist Lisa Rainsong will provide insight and meaning to the myriad of bird songs we hear every day, and will teach listeners to identify some basic calls by ear. She will also give a timely presentation on frog calls in early springtime. The Lyceum Series is a January-to-April lecture series with one program each month. Presented by the Conservancy for Cuyahoga Valley National Park; Conservancy members can purchase all four lectures for $20!
