Prosper for Purpose presents the Purpose Sessions, a series of workshops designed to reduce stress, increase joy, and bring mindful, wholehearted practices into your personal and professional life. The facilitator, Paula Kampf, is one of the first one hundred people to graduate from the Certificate of Applied Positive Psychology program. As the end of the year approaches, we’re all a little busy, distracted, and trying to get it all done–and then we wake up in January wondering where the time went! Research indicates the power of mindful practices, reduces stress and anxiety, creates more meaningful relationships and enhances mental health.
