Ian Moore’s career started with a bang. Not long after the blues-rocker released his self-titled debut album in 1993, he found himself onstage opening for ZZ Top and the Rolling Stones. The buzz has since subsided, but the Austin-based singer-songwriter still makes solid records. His latest, To Be Loved, is his most wide-ranging -- dabbling in everything from artsy rock to power pop to the searing guitar workouts that got him noticed in the first place.
