Out in the Streets

When: Sun., Aug. 4, 12-8 p.m. 2013
Price: Free
A nitelife destination, the Warehouse District offers a good mix of bars and restaurants. And now that the streetscaping project is complete, it has become an even more attractive hangout spot. The local businesses there come together today for the 9th Annual Warehouse District Street Festival. The festival, which takes place from noon until 8 p.m. on West Sixth Street between Frankfort on Lakeside, will feature an art show, a chalk play area and “Cleveland’s Fifth Annual Cutest Dog Contest & Fashion Show.” Expect to see dudes performing cool tricks on their bicycles and stilt walkers too. Admission is free and $2 parking will be available at the lots on West Sixth. For more information, go to warehousedistrict.org.
