Out of Italy

When: Sun., July 5 2015
Going to the opera sounds like a ton of fun. But dressing up, finding parking and paying for those fancy binoculars is arduous. Cleveland Cinemas has just the fix. Today, they’re broadcasting Rossini’s Guillaume Tell live from London at the Capitol Theatre. The opera itself is a classic, following the legend of William Tell and the cataclysmic storm that sends our characters awry. However, this new retelling has gotten some flack from critics. Come take a chance or write your own review by stopping by the Capitol at 11 a.m. Or if you don’t feel like spending brunch with baritones, come back on Aug. 5 for the second showing. Tickets are $20. (Rees)
