For a century, the Music Settlement has offered music therapy and music instruction as part of a general mission of promoting the arts in Northeast Ohio. Today at the Bop Stop, the Music Settlement hosts Fascinating Rhythms, its annual gala. Jazz artist educator Bill Pierce, a saxophonist and the Woodwind Department Chair of Berklee College of Music, headlines. The event will include cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, dinner, silent and live auctions and dancing. Proceeds go to the the Berklee Scholarship fund and the Musical Settlement’s three centers (the Center for Music, the Center for Early Childhood and the Center for Music Therapy).
